I am officially the Blanket Queen! Ghost now has 15 - yep Fifteen :) All weights and for all reasons in every season.
Between ever growing Ghost and the not yet filled out filly, I have found the best of the best for every need imaginable!
Huge necked horses, shredthemup horses, narrow yearling horses, alwaysrubsme horses, flowing mane horses, sun burned roached mane horses, allergic horses, and more ~ not to mention the most challenging of all- horse houdini's!

This blue camo combo neck is my favorite turnout for Ghost for winter. It fits perfect, is easy to put on and off in the cold and stays put. No rubbing. The one piece design adds warmth without bulk.
His sister is wearing a eurocut Duratech Aquanon midweight turnout. Nice colors, quilted, waterproof and warm! The best part, it is inexpensive for fast growing (and destructive!) youngsters, fits fabulous and looks cute:) I got hers at www.sstack.com

This is Ghost's EOUS Bainbridge turnout I got from the wonderful folks at equine closet.
I LOVE the cool coat lining! Here in New Mexico, it can be 70 degrees during the day & 35 degrees at night.
Flash floods or gale force winds can sweep through and end in 15 minutes.
With this turnout, he is always dry and comfortable no matter what.
The shoulder area allows plenty of room for wild and crazy turnout. The half nylon lining keeps him shiny and clean. The hood fits well and does not rub or pull. I leave it on 24/7 with no problems.
Noteworthy: Definitely Eurocut, so it runs higher/smaller in the neck opening so if you have a beefy big guy, this is not blanket for you.
Ghost is now in a size 80 blanket cand has outgrown this 75" in both length and body thickness. The filly will inherit it, as it has worn like iron.
